Tall Grass Reduction

PaperFilms makes these poetic montages that feel like zines but in video form. Their May issue, “Color Book, Lovebugs, and the World's Smallest Animation,” was so unexpected that I was inspired to create a film of my own — and see if I could add a dash of humour…just a dash. Making this two-minute clip is one of the reasons last weekend’s Push Button Heads comic came so late and why the punchline was about “an unfinished work.” It was also about lawn mowing.
